Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an Architect to join The Kitchen and contribute to the development of architectural and multidisciplinary projects from concept through design development.

The role focuses on translating project requirements, site conditions, and client needs into functional, well-resolved architectural solutions, with a strong emphasis on planning, spatial organization, building form, and architectural design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

‍

• Develop architectural concepts and design approaches based on project briefs, site conditions, regulations, and client requirements.
• Develop architectural plans, general zoning, building layouts, circulation strategies, massing studies, and façade concepts.
• Study and develop building circulation, access, functional relationships, and overall spatial organization.
• Develop building massing, façades, building envelopes, and exterior architectural elements as required by the project.
• Produce and develop 2D drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and architectural studies to explore and communicate design solutions.
• Review existing site conditions, surveys, as-built information, and architectural constraints that may influence the design.
• Incorporate relevant building codes, accessibility requirements, life-safety requirements, and planning regulations into the design.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with Structural, Civil, MEP, Interior Design, and other relevant disciplines.
• Prepare clear and professional architectural presentations for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Participate in client meetings, design workshops, multidisciplinary coordination meetings, and internal design reviews.
• Support the development of the architectural design throughout the different project stages while maintaining the approved design intent and project requirements.

‍QUALIFICATIONS

‍

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong architectural design, planning, and spatial problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of SketchUp and relevant 3D design tools.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good understanding of building systems, construction methods, architectural materials, and building components.
• Good understanding of building codes, accessibility, life-safety, and planning requirements.
• Ability to assess site and existing-building constraints and translate them into practical architectural solutions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively within a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and design tasks.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
